Recipes:

Baked Oats
1 cup oat flour (I grind my own)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 TBSP flax seeds (ground)
3 TBSP chia seeds (ground)
2-4 TBSP coconut sugar
1 cup frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 365 deg
Mix ingredients and bake for 20-30 or until the oatmeal is set.
