It is said that everything that is new is the remembered old!
These pies are wonderful and will definitely stay fresh for another week and won't harden! All thanks to a little added yeast!

Recipe here, steps in the video
500 g of flour (4 cups)
1/2 teaspoon of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
300 ml of warm water (1,½ cups)
In total you will use 150 ml of seed oil
I used 500 g of cottage cheese for the filling, but you can use whatever you like!
🌡️Bake for 35/40 minutes at 190°C/374°F

Enjoy it hot or cold, it has an extraordinary taste anyway!👌👍
