I'm gonna just say it right here, right now....AMERICAN CHEESE IS NOT MY FAVORITE FOR SMASH BURGERS ANYMORE! Whew, can't believe I said that!

Make this burger for yourself, and comment below what you think and if you want, how you would change it to make your own!

Cheese recipe:
1/4 cup mayo
2tbsp whipped cream cheese
2tbsp chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4tsp smoked paprika
1 diced garlic clove
Dash of hot sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

-Combine, cover and place in fridge for 30-60 minutes
