In this video I show how to make a DIY silicone mould from a polymer clay angel to make an epoxy resin angel ornament tree topper.
The materials I used:
polymer clay, craft varnish and silicone rubber to make the mould.
epoxy resin, resin tape, glitter, sparkly flakes and artificial snow to make the wings.
old dolls and nail varnish to make inserts.
sparkly trim to make the gown.
eye shadow and mica to add colour.
iridescent paste
spot of UV resin and a shower curtain hoop to fix to the tree.
I decorated the polymer clay angel too. I used:
a glitter and flake glue
gilding flakes
wire, an old necklace chain, and mod podge to seal the flakes.
