Recipes:

Baked Oats
1 and 1/4 cup oat flour (I grind my own)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup flax seeds (ground)
2-4 TBSP maple syrup
1 large carrot shredded
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 365 deg
Mix ingredients and bake for 20-30 or until the oatmeal is set.
