You're gonna feel so GOOD after this ALL Standing No JUMPING Cardio & Sculpt Workout! We have 30 moves that will set fire to your core and abs. My timer is set for 50 seconds of work and zero rest. Get into steady state cardio and burn tons of calories. If you want to turn up the intensity add 1-2lb wrist weights and 2-3lb ankle weights. All equipment is optional.
