Ayam filet 1 kg
MInyak goreng secukupnya

Bumbu marinasi :
Merica / lada bubuk 1/2 sendok makan
Jahe 3 cm
Bawang putih 7 siung
Kecap asin 2 semdok makan
Tepung maizena 4 sendok makan
Minyak goreng 2 sendok makan

Adonan basah :
Tepung maizena 5 sendok makan
Tepung terigu 9 sendok makan
Garam 1/4 sendok makan
Baking powder 1 sendok teh
Air 200 ml

Saos asam manis :
Bawang bombay 1 buah
Paprika kuning 1 buah
Lemon 2 buah
Saos tomat, tomat pure 2 sendok makan
Cabe merah besar 2 buah
Gula pasir 4 sendok makan
Cuka buah 3 sendok makan
Air 200 cc
