INGREDIENTS for the pastry:
- 120 gr of "00" flour
- 120 gr of re-milled semolina
- 50 grams of soft lard
- 100 grams of warm water
- a pinch of salt
INGREDIENTS for the filling:
- 250 grams of honey
- about 100 grams of water
- 250 gr of peeled and finely chopped almonds
- the zest of one large orange or two small ones
- 3 tablespoons of re-milled semolina
- a teaspoon of "la gustoita" spices, or the same amount of saffron
āØ COOKING:
- 160 Ā° for 10 - 15 minutes
- when cooked, brush with a little water and honey and sprinkle with colored balls
