Ingredients:

✓Fresh Rui (Rohu) Fish pieces
✓Yogurt
✓Onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes
✓Mustard oil
✓Turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam
masala
✓Bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and
cloves
✓Green chilies
✓Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Process:

✓Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt, then fry until golden.
✓In the same oil, saute onions and whole spices to release their aroma.
✓Add ginger-garlic paste, followed by tomatoes, and cook until soft.
✓Incorporate the yogurt and dry spices to build a rich gravy.
✓Add water, green chilies, and gently drop the fried fish into the curry.
✓Let it simmer until the fish absorbs all the flavors.
✓Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
