Basics of neural circuit dizziness:    • Why you have PPPD, MdDS, and other un...

Most people who are new to the neural circuit dizziness approach I talk about on my channel get really enthusiastic about exposure and somatic tracking- for good reasons. Those are great tools and many people recover fully with only those methods. However, in my work with my clients, I don't focus on symptoms, I don't focus on exercises and I don't focus on exposure. What I focus on the most is helping the person learn what is really driving the "danger mode" in their nervous systems, and a critical piece of this process is helping the person feel emotions. Emotions are a map that tell you about sources of danger and need in your life as well as sources of safety and connection- you NEED that data to help your nervous system get out of danger mode. Watch this video to find out more about the important impacts emotions make in your recovery, the goals of emotional awareness and expression, and a tutorial on how to feel emotions.
