4 links of Bavarian finely ground sausage (preferably pre-cooked)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp yellow curry powder, plus extra for dusting
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
