Good Developer of Sweet Martabak, Baking Soda or Baking Powder?

Baking soda and baking powder are the most important ingredients for making sweet martabak.
In this video I do an experiment to find out the difference between the 2 ingredients. Either baking soda, baking powder, or mix like I did. Which one is the best depends on the assessment of friends.
