Well known as "German Pizza" to Americans living in Germany, Flammkuchen is easy to make and delicious! The name literally translates to "Flame cake" and it fits. The thin yeast-less crust is baked on a cookie sheet or pizza stone at high heat until crispy and flavorful! Even including the homemade crust, this quick meal takes less than 30 minutes to put together. The parchment paper is important to the recipe, so make sure you have some on hand.
