JAPCHAE ingredients / 4 Servings

(group 1)
glass noodles 150g
(If you like glass noodles, increase the amount to 250g. Instead, the total amount of japchae sauce will vary.)
dried Pyogo mushrooms 6ea (Shiitake)
Tomato 1ea

(group 2)
carrot 1ea
onion 1ea
Broccoli 1ea

(garnish vegetales)
scallion handful
yellow paprika 1ea

(seasoning needed)
ginger, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey,
extra virgin olive oil, hot water.

(seasoning for glass noodle marinade)
soy sauce 2Tbs, sesame oil 1Tbs, ginger 4g

(seasoning for 6 Pyogo mushrooms)
soy sauce 1Tbs, sesame oil 1Tbs, ginger 2g, hot water 50-100ml

(Sauce for Japchae) Adjust according to the amount of glass noodles.
In case of 150g of glass noodles - soy sauce 1Tbs, honey 1/2Tbs, salt 1.5pinch
pepper some.
In case of 250g of glass noodles - Make twice the amount as above and taste and adjust.
