Welcome to a new GAP routine. A super complete routine in which we are going to work dynamically on the glutes, legs and abdomen for almost 50 minutes.

In a low impact routine, perfect for those who cannot jump. With this GAP we strengthen all the lower muscles; quadriceps, calves, hamstrings; Also glutes and of course we will also work the abdominal area through different powerful exercises.

Music will set our times and make our training easier 😉

It does not require much space to make it and as material we will only use elastic bands so it is ideal to make it at home and also if you are traveling🏨 or on vacation🏖 Let's feel the warmth on our legs Beautiful! 🔥
