5 x Chicken Thighs (skinless and boneless)

3 x Dried Chilies
1 x handful of Cashews
3 x Large Tomatoes
1 x Tablespoon Tomato Puree
3 x Tablespoon Plain Yogurt

1 x Tablespoon of Ghee (clarified butter)
1 x Tablespoon of Oil
1 x Stick of Cinnamon
1 x Black Cardamom
1 x Star Anise
1 x Bay leaf
2 x Cardamom
2 x Cloves
1 x Tablespoon Garam Masala
1 x Teaspoon Red Food Colouring (optional)
1 x Pint of Chicken Stock or Water
1 x Teaspoon of Salt
1 x Teaspoon of Kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek)
Garnish with Fresh coriander (cilantro)
