CHICKEN MARINATION -
1)Chicken - 500 gms
2)Curd - 1/2 cup
3)Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
4)Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
5) coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
6)Salt to taste
7) lemon juice - 2 tbsp
BUTTER CHICKEN GRAVY
1) Oil- 1/2 cup
2) Onion (sliced) - 3 medium sized
3) tomato (chopped) - 4 large sized
4) garlic cloves - 6-7 nos
5) ginger - 1 inch
6) green chillies - 3 nos
7) salt to taste
Grind into fine paste
ROASTING THE CHICKEN
1) oil - 3 tbsp
Roast the chicken on both sides for 5 minutes each side
Assembling the gravy
1) heat a kadhai ,
Butter - 3 tbsp
Add the prepared gravy
1) red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
2) Turmeric -1/2 tbsp
3) coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
4) garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
5)salt to taste
Add roasted chicken , coriander and fresh cream
