Bila bercakap tentang rendang tok pasti kita teringat akan keenakan rendang tok asli perak. Bau wangi dari rempah ratus serta kerisik memang membangkitkan selera. Dimakan pula bersama lemang atau ketupat tak cukup makan sekali setiap yang pernah merasa pasti cari kembali rendang ni. Jom cuba dirumah.

1 1/2 cwn santan pekat
6 helai daun limau purut
2 helai daun kunyit

4 ulas bwg putih
2 inci halia
2 btg serai
1 inci lengkuas
10 biji bwg merah
18 btg cili kering
Rempah Ratus 👇
1 btg kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang
3 cengkih
1 1/2 sb biji ketumbar
1/2 sb jintan putih
1sb jintan manis
1sb lada hitam
Bahan perasa 👇
1 1/2 sb gula merah
1 1/2 asam keping
2sb kerisik
garam secukup rasa

600g of beef
1 1/2 cup of coconut milk from 1 fresh grated coconut
6 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
2 pieces fresh turmeric leaves
Grind Ingredients👇
4 cloves garlic
2 inch ginger
2 stalk lemongrass
1 inch galangal
10 shallots
18 dried red chillies
Spices👇
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
3 cloves
1 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
Other ingredients👇
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 pieces tamarind slice
Seasoning 👇
1 1/2 pieces tamarind slice
2 tbsp toasted coconut paste
1 tbsp black papper
Salt to taste
