Resep Sandwich Telur yang aku buat ini praktis dan dipadukan dengan sayur, sosis, daging asap, telur, keju, dan lain-lain. Selain bernutrisi dan mengenyangkan untuk menu sahur, menu ini dapat dimakan bersama keluarga.

Resep Sandwich Telur Lipat

Bahan:
1 lembar roti tawar
1 butir telur
1 sdm air

Bahan untuk isian (sesuai selera):
Sosis
Bawang merah
Cabai rawit
Sambal bangkok
Keju mozzarella
Garam, merica, gula
Minyak goreng

Langkah:
1. Potong-potong sosis, bawang merah, dan cabai rawit. Lalu tumis hingga harum, bumbui dengan garam, merica, dan gula
2. Kocok telur yang diberi sedikit air, lalu tuang ke teflon secara merata
3. Belah roti tawar menjadi dua, letakkan di atas telur (beri jarak antar roti tawar)
4. Panggang di api sedang, setelah telur matang lalu balik
5. Masukkan tumisan sosis, keju mozzarella, dan sambal bangkok di atas telur
6. Lipat telur ke dalam sesuaikan dengan lebar roti. Lalu lipat roti agar membentuk sandwich
7. Panggang kedua sisi roti hingga kering dan sedikit kecoklatan
8. Sandwich Telur Lipat siap disajikan

5 Minutes Ready: Folded Egg Sandwich Recipe Korean Style, Suitable for Family Breakfast.

This Egg Sandwich recipe is very practical with a variety of toppings such as vegetables, sausage, smoked beef, eggs, cheese and chili (optional). Of course, this dish is nutritious and filling for Suhoor, suitable for the whole family.

Folded Egg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
1 slice bread
1 egg
1 tbsp water

Topping ingredients (custom):
Sausage
Shallots
Bird's eye chili
Sambal Bangkok
Mozzarella cheese
Salt, pepper, sugar
Cooking oil

Steps:
1. Slice the sausage, shallots, and bird's eye chili. Sauté until fragrant and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
2. Whisk the egg after adding some water in. Pour into the Teflon evenly.
3. Slice the bread into halves and place on top of the egg. Put some space between the bread.
4. Cook at medium heat. After the egg is cooked, flip it over.
5. Add the sautéd toppings, mozzarella cheese, and Sambal Bangkok on top of the egg.
6. Fold the edges in according to the bread's width. Fold the bread to create a sandwich.
7. Cook both sides of the bread until they're dry and browned.
8. Folded Egg Sandwich is ready to serve.
