In San Marcos de Colon, you can find all types of Nicaraguan products such as Nicaraguan bread, Nicaraguan donuts, and Nicaraguan beers. It is one of the few cities in Honduras that accepts Nicaraguan Cordobas for purchases. Despite being in the hot south of the country, San Marcos de Colon has a pleasant climate. It really is a charming city.
