Resep Udang Goreng Bihun (untuk 3-4 porsi)

Bahan:
16 pcs udang, kupas sisa buntut
125 gr bihun

Bahan adonan basah:
2 butir telur
1 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
6 sdm tepung terigu protein sedang

Bahan saus:
4 sdm mayones
1 sdm saus sambal
3 buah cabai rawit merah
½ sdt air jeruk nipis
1 sdt minyak wijen

Langkah:
1. Rebus air hingga mendidih lalu siram ke dalam bihun. Diamkan selama 10 menit
2. Cincang halus cabai rawit kemudian masukkan ke dalam mayones
3. Tambahkan air perasan jeruk nipis, saus sambal, dan minyak wijen, aduk hingga rata
4. Campurkan tepung terigu, kaldu ayam bubuk, dan telur, aduk rata.
5. Sayat bagian bawah udang perlahan, ratakan lalu masukkan udang ke dalam tepung basah
6. Tiriskan bihun lalu gunting. Tuang 4 sdm adonan basah, ratakan
7. Masukkan udang ke dalam bihun sambil di ratakan
8. Panaskan minyak, goreng udang hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan
9. Udang goreng bihun siap disajikan

Vermicelli-Wrapped Shrimp Recipe (yield 3-4 servings)

Ingredients:
16 pc shrimp, peeled with tail intact
125 g vermicelli

Batter ingredients:
2 pc egg
1 tbsp chicken powder
6 tbsp all-purpose flour

Sauce ingredients:
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chili sauce
3 pc red Thai chili
½ tsp lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil

Steps:
1. Boil water, then pour it into the vermicelli. Soak for 10 minutes.
2. Mince the Thai chili, then add into the mayonnaise.
3. Add lime juice, chili sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
4. Combine flour, chicken powder, and eggs. Mix well.
5. Slit the bottom of the shrimp. Straighten the shrimp, then dip into the batter.
6. Strain the vermicelli, then cut it. Add 4 tbsp of batter and mix well.
7. Coat the shrimp with the vermicelli evenly.
8. Heat the oil. Fry the shrimp until golden brown. Set aside.
9. Vermicelli-Wrapped Shrimp is ready to serve.
