Quick chocolate cake recipe! Wonderfully tender, moist strawberry chocolate cake.
Ingredients:
Note: The volume of the cup is 250ml
For dough:
5 egg whites
A pinch of salt
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
5 egg yolks
120g (3/4 cup) flour
30g (2.5 tbsp) cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
50g (1/5 cup) boiling water
Baking pan 18x28 cm
Bake for 30 minutes at 180℃ (356℉)
For strawberry jam:
300g (2 cups) strawberries
50g (1/4 cup) water
10g (1 tsp) cornstarch
30ml (2 tbsp) water
For cream:
600g (2.8 cups) cream cheese
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
200g (1 cup) cream 33% fat
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours
For chocolate layer:
150g chocolate
90g (0.4 cup) butter
