For dough:
4 eggs
A pinch of salt
120g (0.6 cup) sugar
100g (0.6 cup) flour
25g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
20g (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
Baking pan 18x28cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 25 minutes

For jam:
300g (2 cups) cherries
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
25g (2.5 tbsp) cornstarch
100ml (2/5 cup) water

For cream:
700g (3.5 cups) cream 33% fat
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
9g (3 tsp) gelatin
60ml (4 tbsp) water
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours

150g chocolate
75g (3 tbsp) butter
