HARLIN performs their song "Heartbreaker to Me" live at Radio City in Anaheim, CA, on July 3, 1983. This band was formed from the ashes of Whil Harlin's previous band, BERINGER REEF. Whil Harlin on rhythm guitar and lead vocals, Greg Henline on lead guitar, Ron Sisneros on bass, and Ken "Nash" Austin on drums and backing vocals. Missing from the Beringer Reef lineup were percussionist Cesar Rodriguez and vocalist Claude "Al" Hart.

This song was written by Whil while with BERINGER REEF, and it was featured on a 6-song 12" vinyl demo EP called "Pacific Illusions" by that band, released in 1982. The song was also featured on the demo tape Whil was shopping around at the time he met Brett, Drake and Gib a couple years later, and formed the "classic" version of Harlin. That later version of Harlin (with the boys from Jaames Dean) would also play this song live for a short period in 1986. That version of the band would soon adopt a heavier rock sound, and this song was dropped from the set list.
