In this video I will show you how to make a delicious nut cake with girl slime filling and nut crunch. The topping is a delicious Swiss meringue. The dough is very soft and fluffy, the creamy filling with crunchy nuts, is well structured.The taste well balanced .Just wonderful.

4 SEPARATE EGGS
4 TABLESPOONS UNSALTED BUTTER (80 GRAMS )
1 CUP SUGAR ( 190 GRAMS )
2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR ( 260 GRAMS )
1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS ( 100 GRAMS )
1 BOX OF SOUR CREAM (200 GRAMS) YOU CAN REPLACE SOUR CREAM WITH 1 GLASS OF PLAIN YOGURT (170 GRAMS)
1 TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER ( 14 GRAMS)

SYRUP FOR WETTING THE CAKE
1/2 CUP WATER ( 120 ML )
1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK (120 ML )

CRUNCHY NUTS
1 CUP SUGAR (190 GRAMS)
1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS ( 100 GRAMS)

GIRL SLIME FILLING
1 CAN CONDENSED MILK
1 GLASS OF COCONUT MILK ( 200 ML )
4 egg yolks
1 SHALLOW TABLESPOON WHEAT FLOUR OR CORNSTARCH (7 GRAMS)
1/4 CUP SUGAR (50 GRAMS)

SWISS MERINGUE
4 Clear
1 CUP SUGAR (190 GRAMS)

240ML MEASURING CUP
SHAPE 20CM IN DIAMETER AND 10CM IN HEIGHT
