Join us on an early morning walk around Graffham and the surrounding area in West Sussex.

Due to its cinematic nature, this video is best watched on a large screen, such as a TV, to fully appreciate the visual detail and immersive aural experience we try to convey.

Graffham is located in the heart of the South Downs, just a few miles south east of Midhurst and a few miles south west of Petworth.

The day dawned very misty, providing some atmospheric views, and eventually burned through to a warm, early autumn day. For much of the walk we were accompanied by wonderful birdsong, predominantly that of countless Robins.

Whilst many of the buildings in the village are undoubtedly attractive, and have extensive history, the highlight of the walk for us was Middleheath Copse (08:17). This really did feel like an enchanted wood. It was so peaceful with nothing but the birds for company, and the wonderful little stream. In many places the paths were so soft to walk on due to years of fallen pine needles. A perfect spot to enjoy English nature.
