Hardspace: Shipbreaker is a pretty unique game, and it has bigger ambitions than being a mere tech demo for destruction physics. There was definitely an attempt made to spice up the gameplay with twists on the core mechanics, and it has a story to tell and a point to make that you don't see too often in games. Unfortunately, Shipbreaker's repetitive sandbox design grinds against the point that story is trying to make, and you'll probably come away from the experience a little underwhelmed.
