Potato cheese pancake

I made pancakes with sliced potato slices.
With mozzarella and cheddar cheese in between, I think the kids will like it and it'll be perfect for adults' drinks!
It's better if you dip it in your favorite sauce :D

♤ Material:
1 potato
1.5 tablespoons pancake powder
1/4 tablespoon salt
a little pepper
mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese

♤Ingredients:
1 potato
1½ tbsp of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
some pepper
mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese

♤Recipe:
1. Wash 1 potato clean and peel it.
2. Slice the potatoes thinly and shred them thinly.
3. Soak potatoes in water so that they don't brown while shredding.
4. Drain the potatoes that have been soaked.
5. Add 1.5 spoons of pancake powder and 0.5 tablespoon of salt to the shredded potato and mix thoroughly.
6. Grease the frying pan and spread the potato slices thinly and round.
7. Bake until the bottom is golden brown.
8. Turn it upside down and brown the other side.
9. Draw a line in the middle so that it's folded in half.
10. Put a proper amount of cheese on top of the potato salad and fold it in half.
11. Cook it until the cheese melts. Done!
