Gallbladder Polyps || Ultrasound || Case 335

Clinical Features:
A 40-year-old male diabetic patient came for a routine abdominal ultrasound.

Ultrasound Features:
Multiple tiny hyperechogenic fixed structures are noted arising from the gallbladder wall & protruding into the lumen without any posterior acoustic shadow.

Remember:
- Polyps may cast comet tail artifacts causing confusion with adenomyomatosis.
- High-frequency ultrasound may solve the confusion.
