Clinical Features:
A 62-year-old male diabetic patient came for a routine check-up.

Ultrasound Features:
A large, well-defined, round, homogeneously echogenic, solid space occupying lesion is noted in upper & mid splenic parenchyma.
Color Doppler shows internal & peripheral prominent vascularity.

Remember:
In case of a large splenic hemangioma, check for any adjacent collection in patients with acute pain to exclude hemorrhage.
