Recipe 1:
2 eggs.
1/2 cup sugar (100 g).
A pinch of salt.
1/2 cup milk (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
1/3 cup sunflower oil (80 ml / 2.7 fl oz).
1.5 cups flour (210 g).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Approximately 20 cm tall mold.
Grease with butter.
Baking paper.
Grate the peel of 1 lemon.
1 apple.
1/4 cup butter (60 g).
Melt butter.
2 tablespoons sugar.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.

Recipe 2:
1 egg.
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar.
100 g sugar (3.5 oz).
50 g corn starch (1.75 oz).
500 ml milk (17 fl oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
70g butter.
100 ml water (3.4 fl oz) and 100 ml milk (3.4 fl oz).
Heat until it begins to boil.
120 g flour (4.2 ounces).
Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
4 eggs.
To get the right consistency, add the eggs gradually.
You probably don't need to mix the entire egg.
The dough should slowly come away from the spoon.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Line a 7-inch (18 cm) baking pan with baking paper.
Almond flakes 30 g (1 oz).
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C (355 °F).
130 g room temperature butter (4.5 oz).
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
