🚭 Did you know that tobacco use is a leading cause of cancer? Every puff exposes you to harmful chemicals that damage your DNA and weaken your immune system, making it harder to fight off cancer cells. Smoking is linked to at least 15 types of cancer, including lung, throat, mouth, and bladder cancer. Smoking causes about 85% of lung cancer deaths, and smokers are 25 times more likely to develop lung cancer than non-smokers. Overall, tobacco use accounts for 30% of all cancer deaths. Quitting tobacco not only reduces your risk of cancer but also improves your overall health and well-being. Take a stand against tobacco and make a healthier choice today. Your body will thank you!
