巧克力迷你玛芬 | Mini Choco Muffin
口感松软,巧克力味浓郁但不腻口,烤的时候满屋飘香,赞啦!这个版本的玛芬不会太甜,喜欢甜一点的朋友可以多加10-20克的糖哟。

材料 Ingredients
2粒 A蛋 - 2pcs Egg Grade A
90克牛油 - 90g Butter
90克牛奶 - 90g Milk
60克糖粉 - 60g Fine Sugar
150克普通面粉 - 150g Flour
20克可可粉 - 20g Cocoa Powder
30克玉米粉 - 30g Corn Flour
5克烘焙粉 - 5g Baking Powder
1克苏打粉 - 1g Soda Powder
50克巧克力豆 - 50g Choco Chip

1.室温牛油和糖手拌均匀
Mix butter and sugar with spatula
2.搅拌机低速打至融化
Whisk with mixer on low speed
3.分批打入鸡蛋,搅拌机低速搅拌均匀
Crack egg by batch into the mix and whisk with mixer on low speed
4.预热烤箱175度10分钟
Preheat the oven to 175°C for 10 minutes
5.所有粉类混合并过筛
Mix and sieve all the flour
6.混合粉分两次加入蛋糊,搅拌机低速稍微拌一拌
Pour the mixed flour into butter/egg mix by 2 batch and whisk gently
7.逐步加入鲜奶,切拌法搅拌至没看到干粉即可
Add fresh milk gradually and lightly mix with spatula
8.把面糊倒入磨具至九分满并撒巧克力粒
Fill the muffin mould 90% full and add choco chips
9.放入烤箱175度烤25分钟即可
Bake the muffin with oven 175°C for 25 minutes
