Ingredients for Seoritae Cold Bean Noodles
Seoritae beans 300 g
2 servings of thin noodles
1/3 cucumber
1/2 tomato
1 soft-boiled egg
sesame seeds, salt

1. After washing the frozen pollack beans clean, pour plenty of water.
Soak it for 6 to 8 hours.

2. When boiling beans, pour soaked water and boil them for 10 to 12 minutes.
