It's been very hot and humid lately.
And I am sharing this cool summer recipe
today!
This time, I use black soybean to make soup.
I also share additional recipe that you can enjoy with
black soybean soup.

Black Soybean Soup
Ingredients
1C black soybean(2 1/C when soaked)soaked for 6hours
4C water
2T pine nuts
sugar, as needed
salt, as needed
Preparation
1. In a pot, place the soaked beans and soaked water(3 1/2C)and cook for 10minutes over a high heat.
2. Rinse the cooked beans under a cold water and remove the skin off. Reserve the bean cooked water.
3. In a mixer, combine the cooked beans and bean cooked water(2 1/2C) and pine nuts to grind finely.
Agar Black Soybean Soup
Ingredients
1 (350g)sliced agar, rinse under water,drained
3C black soybean soup
1/2 pickled cucumber, sliced
vegetables(carrots, cabbage, cucumber and cherry tomatoes) as needed, sliced
sesame seeds
ice cubes
Preparation
1. In a bowl, place the sliced agar and garnish the vegetables.
2. Pour the black soybean soup and ice cubes. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
