This is a great way to improve the slide and glide of the Pudendal nerve along its pathway, improving nerve function and potentially supporting relief and recovery from pudendal nerve issues such as pudendal neuralgia and entrapment of the pudendal nerve. This will also help to release soft tissues of the pelvis and lower back, freeing up movement in this area and reducing pain.
