TENDER BEEF with SNOWPEAS and MUSHROOMS | How to make TENDER BEEF with SNOWPEAS and MUSHROOM | PINOY SIMPLE COOKING

TENDER BEEF with SNOWPEAS and MUSHROOMS is a quick and easy dish rich in flavor of tender juicy beef and mushroom combined with mixture of soy sauce and hoisin sauce which makes it more flavorful. So quick and easy to make. Easy recipe to satisfy your cravings! Happy Pinoy Simple Cooking!

Here is how to make TENDER BEEF with SNOWPEAS and MUSHROOMS:
TENDER BEEF with SNOWPEAS and MUSHROOMS RECIPE:

Ingredients:
1 large onion, chopped
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb ginger, julienned
1 cup baby bella mushroom, sliced
1 large carrot, sliced diagonnaly
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snowpoeas, ends trimmed

For the marinate:
1 1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced into strips
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sherry cooking wine
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda

For the sauce:
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp sesame oil


Directions:
1. In a large bow, combine beef, and marinade ingredients. Mix until all meat is well coated with mixture.
2. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Stir until sugar and cornstarch dissolves. and no lumps.
3. In a pan or wok, heat oil over high heat.
4. Once oil is very hot, add beef, spread evenly and let it cook for 20 secs before stirring.
5. Cook and stir for 2 mins or until beef is cooked medium well. Do not overcook as beef will get tough.
6. Add onion, oi, ginger and carrots. Stir fry for 1 min.
7. Add mushrooms, bell pepper and snow peas. Stir fry for 1 min.
8. Add garlic, cook until lightly browned.
9. Pour in the mixture (mix it before pouring in), Stir until all meat and veggies are coated with sauce.
10. Let it simmer for 1 min.
11. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
12. Remove from the heat. Serve and Enjoy! Best served with steamed rice.
