Here is how to cook BEEF PANCIT CANTON :
BEEF PANCIT CANTON RECIPE :

Ingredients:
16 0z flour stick/pancit canton noodles
1 lb beef, thinly cut into strips
1 medium onion, chopped
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 large carrots, julienned
8 oz snow peas , ends trimmed
8 oz broccoli snd cauliflower
1 can (8oz) baby corn, cut to bite size
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp oil

For the marinade:
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda

For the sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp water
1/4 tsp pepper
