Old German recipe: A forgotten recipe from Grandpa's past! An old German recipe that you probably don't know yet. This recipe has been lost over time. It's incredibly easy to make, filling and very tasty. Everyone is just amazed at how easy and delicious something like this can be. Incredible!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

5 chicken thighs.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon oregano.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Rub in the spices well.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
30 grams of butter.
Fry the chicken thighs over high heat until golden brown.
Cut 1 onion.
3 carrots.
Turn and fry on the other side. It takes 3-6 minutes.
4-5 potatoes.
Place the fried chicken thighs on a plate.
Fry the onion over medium heat.
Potato.
Carrot.
Salt to taste.
Fry for 8 minutes on medium heat.
Remember to stir every 2 minutes.
4 cloves of garlic.

90 ml honey.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
100 ml tomato sauce or ketchup.

Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Place the chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
Pour the prepared sauce on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 25-35 minutes.
While the chicken drumsticks and potatoes are baking, we prepare a delicious salad.
100 g lettuce leaves.
1 cucumber.
200 g cherry tomatoes.
We cut in half.
1 avocado.
Repeat after me, it's easy.
125g mozzarella.
Some parsley.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
2-3 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
The delicious vitamin salad is ready.
