This 10 min standing abs workout for smaller waist is low impact, knee friendly and no equipment is needed!

If you don’t enjoy mountain climbers or planks, this standing abs workout is for you!! It targets the abs to burn belly fat for a smaller waist! It is only 10 minutes and it is a knee-friendly, low impact (no jumps) workout, which is amazing for your joints or if you have any injuries.

These exercises focus on your abs, but the whole body is engaged as it is a standing workout. Focus on squeezing your core and you will feel the burn even more! Remember to follow a good nutrition plan aligned to your goals in addition to this workout for ultimate results!
