RPG automatic painting machine for silicon keyboard. Servo motion control for painting machine and protection door movement. Conveyor is triggered automatically with painting program signal. While spray gun is automatic spraying, protection door on spray booth two ends are closed then will rise up after spraying done. Thus, drying tunnel cleanness is greatly improved by continuous operation.

Each device and movement is central control for ease of use and be able to connect with paint shop MES system for remote control. Operator can lively view and control all working devices anywhere and any time.
