RPG robotic spray painting system is full automatic setup with following devices:
One set explosion proof painting robot with turntable system
One set yaskawa transfer robot with custom fixture for workpiece handling
One set water filtration spray booth with painting robot hang structure

Product is running on a power & free conveyor system. A robot will pick automatically when passing the spray booth area then put on painting robot turntable holder for robotic spray painting. Once done, the robot will take out and put it back to conveyor for the next finishing station. This process will repeat till we give stop signal.

Pick and transfer device can be a robot arm or our specific transfer machine depends the space and transer requirement.
