What is Chicken Vegetable Fried Rice Made of?
This chicken fried rice recipe is very easy and tasty! It's basically cooked chicken, rice, soy sauce, and shredded egg stir-fried together.
Fried rice is basically a Chinese dish, and it's made with predominant Chinese flavours.
It is packed with fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, which makes it a great option to use in recipes as opposed to plain, white rice. This fried rice is also healthier because it is packed with vegetables, such as carrots, corn and peas.

Chicken Vegetable Fried Rice: ( Chinese Rice )
Peas / Matter 400 gm Boil For 10 Minutes
Oil 100 ml
Garlic / Lehsan ( Chopped ) 1.5 tbsp
Saute For 2 Minutes or Until Golden
Chicken ( Cut Into Stripes ) 500 gm
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp
Black Peeper / Kali Mirch Powder 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar / Sirka 1 tbsp
Cook For 5 to 6 Minutes Then Keep Aside
Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
Eggs 4
Food Color 1/4 tsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1/2 tsp
Fry Eggs Into Hot Oil
Keep Aside
Oil 2 tbsp
Carrot ( Julienne Cut ) 1 Cup
Fry For 30 Seconds
Capsicum / Shimla Mirch 1 Cup
Fry For 30 Seconds
Cabbage / Band Gobi ( Thin Cut ) 1 Cup
Mix All Vegies
Green Onion / Hari Pyaaz 1/2 Cup
Add Boiled Peas / Matter
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar / Sirka 1 tbsp
Black Peeper / Kali Mirch Powder 1 tsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1/2 tsp
Add Scrambled Eggs
Add Cooked Chicken
Rice ( Boiled ) 750 gm
Mix Well
Chicken Vegetable Rice Ready To Serve
