🍎 Ingredients
• 1 leg of lamb, about 6 lb/2.7 kg
• 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• 20 whole garlic cloves, peeled
• salt and pepper
• 2 small onions, thinly sliced
• 4 carrots, peeled
• 1 bouquet garni , (thyme, parsley, bay leaf)
• 1 cup/225 ml dry white wine
• ¼ cup/56 ml olive Oil
• splash of reduced-sodium soy sauce

🫕 Equipment
• paring knife
• Dutch oven with lid (I used a roasting pan with aluminum foil)
• medium mixing bowl
• wooden spoon
