Today I'm sharing an easy and incredible recipe for Whipped Yogurt. Perfect for a personal, breakfast-time indulgence or to feed a crowd. Enjoy!
WHIPPED YOGURT (inspired by seriouseats.com)
2 c. plain, whole milk Greek yogurt
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
toppings for serving (granola, berries, cacao nibs, cinnamon, etc.)
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using the whisk attachment, turn the mixer on low and start to combine. After about 30 seconds, increase the speed to high and whip for 5 minutes. Serve with desired toppings like granola and fresh fruit. ENJOY!
