KETTLE CORN
1/2 c. popcorn kernels (plus 4-5 extra kernels to test the oil)
1/4 c. sugar
Avocado oil
Salt

Lightly coat the bottom of the Whirly Pop with avocado oil (about 1.5 Tbsp.). Heat the pan over medium heat. Add the test kernels to the heating oil. Once those kernels all pop, add the 1/2 c. of kernels. Stir about 10 times then add the sugar. Constantly stir the kernels while they heat and then pop. When there is some resistance while stirring, the popcorn is ready. Immediately pour the popcorn into a large serving bowl. Sprinkle lightly with 1/4 tsp. salt (Use more or less depending on your preference!). Stir to coat and also to break up the kernels a bit. ENJOY!
