I had the opportunity to give a talk at a Holistic Expo last weekend. (Because some of us don't think before we sign up to do hard stuff 2 days before an eclipse.) Nonetheless, the pieces of information I pulled together to present are a pretty helpful way of examining the nature of reality through a somewhat neutral but not antagonistically scientific lens. A good jumping off point for understanding how to perceive the realms of certain subtle energies. Nerd life.
