BELOW ARE THE INGRIDIENTS I USED
1 medium sized ripe pineapple
Vegetables:👇
green peas,carrots,bell peppers,sweet corn,scotch bonnet pepper and spring onions
Chicken.i marinated with: oregano,white pepper,salt and seasoning powder
shrimps
i scrambled 2 eggs
i seasoned my rice with homemade chicken/herbs sauce and salt
Vegetable oil
Sesame oil
i seasoned my vegetables with:oregano,black pepper,light soy sauce and oyster sauce
