Do not worry if you don’t have an air fryer!
You can easily make it with a frying pan.

Corn cheese

[Ingredients]

Frying pan ver.

1 can (340g) canned corn
1/10 (25g) onion
1 tbsp (12g) brown sugar
4 tbsp (64g) mayonnaise
1 cup (100g) mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp (12g) stick butter
Parsley

Air fryer ver.

1 can (340g) canned corn
1/6 (40g) onion
1 tbsp (12g) brown sugar
4 tbsp (64g) mayonnaise
1 cup (100g) mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp (12g) stick butter
Pepper
Parsley

[Directions]

Frying pan ver.

1. Drain the canned corn well.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the drained canned corn and chopped onion.
4. Once the moisture is gone, add sugar and keep frying.
5. Once the onion turns golden, turn off the heat and add the mayonnaise. Spread out the mixture thinly.
6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the corn, cover with a lid, and put on low heat.
7. When the mozzarella cheese is completed melted, sprinkle some parsley to finish.

Air fryer ver.

1. Drain the canned corn well.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Mix the drained corn, chopped onion, mayonnaise, brown sugar, and pepper in a large glass bowl.
4. Coat the aluminum container with butter, and pour in the corn on top of the remaining butter. Spread out the mixture evenly.
5. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top of the corn.
6. Put the corn cheese in an air fryer and cook for 9 – 10 min. at 180°.
7. Once the mozzarella cheese is completely melted and corn has turned golden, remove from the air fryer.
8. Sprinkle some parsley on top to finish.
