The arrival at Anor Londo serves as quite the milestone for players. It is also a good marker for the halfway point of the game as once the player beats this section, their progress through the world will change and this will also be a turning point in the game's narrative. It’s an important point in the game and I will also highlight the level design while diving into what role Anor Londo plays in this game’s narrative and themes. I really hope I did this area and Gwyndolin justice with this analysis. Dark Souls' story and lore can get pretty bleak but I always try to find some hope in it. Hope you enjoy the video!
